How to track my order?

My order still isn’t fulfilled?
We process and fulfill orders within 2–5 days. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link.
If it's been over 5 days, it could be due to:
- COD not confirmed on WhatsApp (order paused)
- Incorrect or incomplete address/pincode
- Product went out of stock or system error

What are your shipping details?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹699. COD orders have a ₹120 charge. Orders are delivered in 4–8 business days. Please ensure your address is correct. Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or misprinted items. For help, contact us.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds for misprinted, damaged, or defective products if reported within 5 days of delivery. For sizing issues, please inform us within the same timeframe. A pickup and delivery fee of 120 INR applies. Note that returns on discounted items are not permitted. Cancellations can be made within 2-3 hours of placing the order if it hasn't been processed.
