Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Product Quality issues
In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective product sent to the customer, it must be communicated to ADLT within 5 days upon the delivery of the product. And later we will send you a new product. must be contacted via Whatsapp.

Sizing issues
For any sizing issues, please inform ADLT within 5 days of product delivery. After we pick up your order, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at your convenience. A pickup and delivery fee of 120 INR applies. Please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

Sizing issues on Sale and Discounted Items
We have a limited and exclusive sale collection, which means exchanging and returning would not be possible on over sizing issues on discounted items. Please ensure you check our size chart before ordering any product. For assistance, contact us via WhatsApp. See the size guide.

Cancellations by the customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back to the customer. If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Manner of Refund
Refund will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days. Customers can cancel the order within 2-3 hours after placing the order.
